Duties: Responsible for maintaining
environmental controls in assigned areas (i.e., heating, a/c,
boiler maintenance). Perrform preventive
maintenance as scheduled. Maintain inventory for all
materials and equipment assigned to area. Follow work
orders for in-house repairs. Keep accurate
records. Be available for overtime as
needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience in
commercial HVAC, boilers, electrical, etc. preferred.
Must have strong attention to detail to follow instructions and for
record keeping. Ability to work independently and be a
self-starter. Ability to lift 60 – 100 lb objects
as necessary. Ability to work on a rotating on-call basis and
overtime as needed.
