Hours:
Duties: Direct supervision of a
production shift. Responsible for all production
equipment operation. Responsible quality control of diet
produced. Educate and monitor employee safety and
housekeeping compliance according to company
standards. Assist with month end inventory
control. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Prior manufacturing
or feed mill experience necessary. High school diploma
or GED preferred. Previous supervisory experience
helpful. Basic computer skills
required. Strong reading, writing, and math skills
needed. Good mechanical aptitude. Knowledge
of quality control and OSHA standards. Ability to
frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs,
and capable of climbing, bending, reaching, standing and walking
for long periods. Must be able to work in a noisy and dusty
environment.
