Program Management

 

The AgroChemical Business Unit is dedicated to management of projects from inception to regulatory submission. Consisting of a team of experienced project co-ordinators, each with a thorough appreciation of commercial, regulatory and testing requirements, the Business Unit provides the ideal interface between Sponsor and test facility.

In order to achieve successful registration the Program Managers will ensure effective interaction between Sponsor, on-site scientists and registration staff, to achieve critical project milestones within the required time frames.

The Program Managers provide the following services:

  • Contract generation
  • Project scheduling
  • Co-ordination of test material supplies
  • Study monitoring and provision of regular project status reports
  • Report tracking
  • Fiscal arrangements
  • Co-ordination of worker/process safety test programmes
