Usually a stepwise approach with mutually agreed milestones will lead to the best results. At each milestone, the client is invited to review the results together with Harlan Laboratories experts to plan the next step of product development. This approach combines the advantages of placing a study package with one CRO and retaining full control to trigger decisions on further development.
This approach has also been incorporated into our fast-into-man® drug development concept. Alternatively, any of our services can be mobilized on a single-project basis, to complement in-house capacity.
