Working together with Harlan Bioproducts for Science in the U.S.A., specialists in ascites production and hybridoma development, Harlan can supply a wide range of services. We understand each antibody can react differently and each project has specific needs. Because of this, we have developed a range of immunological services to support the small and large-scale needs of our customers. We will work closely with you to ensure you get the package that best suits your requirements. Our team will consult with you throughout the project offering advice and technical expertise.

In Vitro Monoclonal Antibody Production

  • Monoclonal antibodies can be manufactured in several different systems. Since different cell lines differ significantly in levels of antibody production, we can evaluate your hybridoma before starting the procedure.

Large Scale Production - Programme A

  • If you are looking for monoclonal antibody production over 10 grams the optimisation of your cell line is vital to ensure that you obtain the maximum antibody from a given cell line.
  • In our hollow fibre antibody production system, we will perform a 30-day production run. Following your evaluation of the resulting antibody, we will provide a quotation to produce the additional amount of antibody required. Harlan can produce 50mg to 10g of antibody in vitro in a 30-day production run.

Small Scale Production - Programme B

  • If you are looking for smaller amounts of antibody, we offer a continuous hollow fibre antibody production protocol that gives you complete control of the length and cost of your project. You pay a standard set-up and weekly maintenance fee and are then charged a standard rate for weekly harvests for as long as you require.
