Harlan Laboratories can perform antibody testing
services, including ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot or Flow Cytometry
to assess antibody titres as part of a polyclonal project. Tests
can be performed to detect immunoglobulin levels, or antigens using
our standard protocol, or we can perform a specific assay for your
antigen. Protocols for specific antigens should be optimised by the
customer before supplying to Harlan. Alternatively, we can optimise
the assay for you. A full profile and results sheet is supplied
with each assay. Results can be sent by e-mail upon request.
