Custom Antibody Production

Harlan Bioproducts for Science, Inc. (HBPS) has made a commitment to providing the research community with the highest quality and reliability in Custom Antibody Production services. This commitment is validated by our expanded production facilities, increased services, and over 20 years of experience that our staff of scientists, veterinarians, and technicians brings to your projects.

The capacity of our cGMP and research production facilities has been structured to meet your growing research needs. All in vivo and in vitro Monoclonal Antibody Production is performed in our cGMP, FDA-registered facility.

Production of monoclonal antibodies for use in diagnostic or therapeutic applications utilizes a multi-phased production process with an extensive quality assurance program. Phases in the process include: cell line receipt and expansion, MAP testing and cell storage, optimiztion and inoculation, production, harvest, and quality control.

Non-cGMP In vivo production includes the same phases as cGMP, however, MAP testing of the cell lines is not included; thus reducing costs and decreasing turnaround time.

Our ready access to unlimited numbers of adventitious, pathogen-free rodents offers a distinct advantage in the production of your antibodies. This allows us to produce your antibody with minimum turnaround time at a very competitive price.

HBPS offers a wide selection of processing services for in vivo-produced material including: filtration, endotoxin testing, IgG determination, aliquot/labelling, and cell line isotyping.

Our technical staff has extensive experience in virology, microbiology, cell biology, pathology, and laboratory animal medicine. This experience translates into reliability in knowing that your projects will be dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
